    I’d go with L’impôt immobilier’ but it’s been ages. ‘L’impôt’ is tax and ‘immobilier’ is real estate. ‘Foncier’ is land, which is a bit too generic and ‘taxe’ is more correctly fee. But this is a guess based on French I studied at length nearly 40 years ago and have rarely used since.
